Yard Card Greetings are available for approximately 24 hours on a rental basis. Rentals at business locations are available until the end of that business day. Additional days may be purchased for $45 each additional day. Same day orders and orders that are placed 48 hours prior to installation will incur a rush fee of $20. Payment for our Yard Card rentals are due at the time of booking via the Beautifully You website, Square invoice or Cash App. This will confirm your reservation date and time.
Prices are based upon one phrase greetings to include specific celebration flair with name, age, and graphics. Custom phrases and additional phrases/names may be added for an additional fee of $15 each.
Our service area is Valdosta, Ga or within a 10-mile radius of Valdosta, Ga. Yard Greetings outside of our service area will incur an additional fee at $1 per mile. Locations 15-20 miles from 31602 incur an additional fee between $15- $20. Locations 21-30 miles from 31602 incur an additional fee between $21 - $30. Locations 31-50 miles from 31602 incur an additional fee between $31- $50, and require a multi-day rental ($31 - $50 travel +$45 extra rental fee)
All displays are the property of Beautifully You Photo Booths & More. If any signage is missing or any damage should incur the original client shall be held responsible and will be invoiced for replacement costs. (Replacement costs for trellises are $30 per trellis, stakes/posts are $5 per stake/post, $3 per hook/staple $10 per solar light, $30 per 18" and smaller signs, $60 per 19" and larger signs.)
Please schedule lawn services before we setup or after we take down the yard greetings. Grass clippings will stick to our signs and stain them and weed eaters can cause irreparable damage to our signage, resulting in damage fees. Please ensure that the grass that we are carding is adequately watered prior to installation. Failure to have a soft and install ready lawn may prevent us from staking your yard and cause a cancellation of your yard greeting with a 50% refund. Please also ensure that water sprinklers are not in use during setup and take down time frames. Sprinklers in use during your display rental can damage signage.
Please ensure that animals are inside of the residence or properly fenced during installation and breakdown times. Also, pet waste needs to be properly cleared from the yard prior to installation. Although we do our best to display your lawn greeting, we will not attempt to setup in any harsh environment, and your lawn greeting will be cancelled with no refund.
Ex. Unrestrained pets, hostile friends/ family, neighbors, etc.
Please Do Not allow anyone to play on or around the yard greetings. Our signage cannot support the weight of children or adults leaning, sitting, or playing with them. Although, we do encourage you to pose next to the display to take photos of your celebration.
Please Do Not attach balloons or anything else to the signage. Please Do Not throw away or vandalize the signs. Also, please Do Not move or remove the signage for any reason. *Fees will be charged for lost or damaged property. If you would like the signage removed or taken down early, please contact us at 256-887-4686. We will gladly remove the greeting as soon as possible. Displays that are requested to be removed early will not be issued a refund.
Beautifully You Photo Booths & More are not responsible or liable for any injury or damage that may be caused to any person or personal property during the setup, removal, or rental duration.
A cancellation fee of $25 will apply to any order cancelled within 14 days or more prior to installation. Orders cancelled 48 hours prior to install are only transferable as a future yard greeting credit (Subject to availability). Cancellations less than 48 hours from the event date will not be refunded.
We do not setup in inclement weather. Ex. thunderstorms, tornadoes, lightning, heavy rain, high winds, hail etc. If we cancel due to bad weather, you will receive a full refund of all monies paid.
